Letter from Solange Auzias de Turenne [curator and patron] (20 March 1997) regarding planned exhibition in Paris, detailing a wish to include Flanagan’s sculpture. Black linear drawings of hares, [reminiscent of linear sculptures]. Series of hare drawings for sculpture, one with an eye-beam rafter being carried on its head. Card cut-out of a red haired ponytail. Note to Jessica [Sturgess] accompanied by printed images from catalogue for the exhibition ‘Entre el Objeto y la Imagen’ at Fundación La Caixa, Madrid, Spain (1986).

Note with the base and treble clef motif making reference to Flanagan’s wish to develop skills in writing as art in the absence of an object.
