Flanagan’s work figures in numerous issues of Studio International, one ton corner piece (1967), and Heap (1967) in Studio International in May 1968 are included in the exhibition.

Five Issues of Studio International, curated by Jo Melvin focuses on the magazine Studio International’s era of transformation under the editorship of Peter Townsend. Townsend transformed this publication between the mid 1960s to the mid 1970s into a platform for profound change in art in the UK and internationally.

Other artists in the exhibition include Naum Gabo,  Mary Martin, Gillian Wise, John Ernest, Charles Biederman, Anthony Hill, John Latham, Nicolas Schöffer and Lawrence Weiner. The exhibition continues until May 3, 2015.
