KALEIDOSCOPE: COLOUR AND SEQUENCE IN 1960S BRITISH ART

Flanagan’s Heap 4 ‘67 (1967) is touring in Kaleidoscope: Colour and Sequence in 1960s British Art, which finishes up in the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, running from the 24th February to the 3rd of July. An Arts Council Collection exhibition, it was previously at Longside Gallery, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Djanogly Gallery, Nottingham Lakeside Arts and the Mead Gallery Warkick. It is the first Arts Council Collection survey of 1960’s art for over 20 years and has been curated by Sam Cornish and Natalie Rudd. Artists included are Bridget Riley, David Annesley, Robyn Denny, Mary Martin, Kim Lim, Phillip King, William Tucker, and William Turnbull.
