Audio recording of Barry Flanagan’s Lunchtime lecture at the Whitechapel Gallery, in which he is interviewed by Lynne Cooke in December 1982. Covering subjects including art school, ‘pataphysics and sculpture as performance. The interview formed the basis of a slide show which accompanied the exhibition ‘British Pavilion at the Venice Biennale’ at the Whitechapel Art Gallery, London, UK (1983). Questions by interviewer are almost inaudible.
