Flanagan’s Lamb/Fish (1975) is now showing in The Science of Imaginary Solutions at Breese Little’s new gallery in Cambridge Heath Road. The exhibition takes its title from the work of playwright Alfred Jarry who defined ’pataphysics as a ‘science of imaginary solutions’. Flanagan was introduced to ’pataphysics by the Evergreen Review while a student at St Martins, you can find out more in the archive section of our website here.
